Commonly seen throughout the year. Has bred on site and often breeds close by.

First record: 2 on 30th March 2002.

Breeding:
2006: 1 seen flying with a rabbit in its talons, 30th June 2006 (Trevor Thorpe).
2008: Adults holding territory by Old Ash Bend.
2009: As 2008
