Abundant resident, breeding nearby. There is a Rookery about a quarter of a mile to the north, close to Longham United Reformed Church.

14 on 21st November 2002.
17 on 20th September 2006.
200 on 12th August 2006 (Trevor Thorpe).
65 on the nearby fields on 8th January 2009.
224 on the nearby fields, together with young, on 17th June 2009.
A mixed flock of 300, with Jackdaws, on 3rd October 2009 (Trevor Thorpe).
160 feeding on riverside meadows, 21st May 2011 (Trevor Thorpe).
200 on Hampreston Fields on 9th July 2011 (Trevor Thorpe).
