I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that my book An Insect a Day has been longlisted for the 2025 Wainwright Prize, in a new section for illustrated books. Many thanks to my fantastic co-author Gail Ashton, and to the brilliant team at Batsford Books for creating such a beautiful piece of work.
It is a collection of 366 insect stories from around the world, one for each day of the year, featuring biology, culture, conservation and much else.
